Best Link Developers Ltd is a real estate company incorporated in Kenya with the aim of offering affordable land across the country (We buy large tracts of land subdivide and sell). Just as our name suggests, and from experience, we saw that there was an integrity gap when it comes to acquisition of genuine land & properties. Most Kenyans ended up losing their hard earned cash to fraudulent and unscrupulous land dealers. Having seen and experienced the frustrations that Kenyans were going through, we embarked on rigorous research on how land acquisition can be done legally, genuinely and with the most integrity to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved in the land acquisition process.

Since we incorporated, our drive has been honesty, Transparency & Integrity which has seen us grow our customer base from within and at Diaspora level. This can be confirmed by the fact, we were able to sell even when the economy was seriously affected by the pandemic and GDP was on a downward trend. Our market focus spans from low income earners so that we can uplift them as well medium to high income earners making our properties affordable and highly sought after even at Diaspora level.

In this regard, our short & medium term plan is to link Kenyans of all cadres to affordable land even those who prefer flexible terms of payment while building our brand, penetrating the market and sustaining the business.

Strategically after linking Kenyans to affordable land, the next step is to develop affordable housing collaboratively with our existing and potential customers. Our current projects are within the metropolis and specifically Kiambu County Ruiru east and we are planning to expand to other Counties; Laikipia, Machakos, Kirinyaga and Kajiando Counties.

Our product ranges from buying and selling of land in large tracts and plots.We also sell on behalf of our clients as authorized agents across the country.
